Saunair is coming to Altitude this summer! 

Book a 30 minute sauna session for yourself to share with up to 5 others for £10 or book an exclusive 30 minute session for your group of up to 6 people for £50. 

Your session includes use of the sauna, cold water baths for plunging and our cold water shower.

N.b. Altitude ticket also required.

What to expect:

Our wood fired barrel sauna will be heated up to 70-90C allowing you to relax, warm up and sweat out those toxins!

You’ll have up to 30 minutes of sauna time for you and up to 5 others to enjoy the heat and loyly (steam from pouring water over the hot rocks) AND the option of a cold shower or plunge bath between sauna rounds!

Its a truly invigorating experience to add to your Altitude weekend and you’ll leave with the inevitable sauna glow and smile!

The boring part:

Whilst we will minimise risk where possible, people using the sauna do so at their own risk.

All sauna users must be fit and healthy, have brought a completed valid waiver form, wear a bathing suit, remove metal jewellery, clean in a cold shower before entry(!) and bring 2 towels – 1 to sit on in the sauna and 1 to dry off after your sauna.

For your safety, we cannot allow sauna access to anyone: 1. under the influence of drugs or alcohol, 2. who is pregnant, 3. who has an inability to sweat, 4. with a heart condition (unless you have prior written approval from your GP).

Children aged 6 and above can use the sauna under adult supervision and with shorter sauna rounds. 

The sauna will be cleaned and ventilated regularly between user groups.
